Great Britain and Ireland

The intimate landscapes of the British Isles show the hands of a hundred generations, one on top of the other like so many tree rings. This is not so much a specialty for me as an obsession, and I have written eighty photo-text packages on these areas for the American magazine, British Heritage, among others. In the process I've created a 7,800 image collection that covers most parts of England, Scotland, Wales, and the Republic of Ireland — with a heavy emphasis on the countryside.
